Our Process
At Kharegiver, we provide personalized, professional care tailored to fit your specific needs. Here’s how our process works:
Initial Consultation
We start with a detailed consultation to understand your care needs. Whether you require short-term, long-term, or monthly care, we’ll create a customized plan. You can also specify your preference for a male or female caregiver for added comfort.
Doctor Home Visit
When you first reach out to us, we will assign one of our doctors to conduct a Doctor Home Visit for an initial assessment. This visit is free if you choose to subscribe to our monthly service. However, if you decide not to proceed with the monthly service, we will invoice you for the assessment on the same day.
Care Options & Schedule
Our care schedules are flexible, with 12-hour shifts:
– Day Shift: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
– Night Shift: 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
For 24-hour care, we allocate a team of at least six caregivers to ensure smooth, continuous support. This rotation allows our caregivers to
remain alert and attentive at all times.
Caregiver Matching
Based on your needs and preferences, we carefully select caregivers to ensure the best possible match. You can choose between male or female caregivers, and all our caregivers are highly trained and experienced in providing
compassionate care.
Adjustment Period
While we strive to provide excellent care from day one, there is typically an adjustment period of 1 to 2 weeks as our caregivers get to know the client’s habits, preferences, and behavior. During this time, the
caregiver will adapt to the client’s routine, ensuring that care becomes smoother and more intuitive with each passing day.
Material Supply
If you require specific materials for your care, we can supply them. Please note that there will be an additional charge for these materials, which will be invoiced at the end of the month or on the final day of service each month.
Supervision and Additional Services
- Monthly Service: For clients opting for monthly service, our Nurse Team Leader and Nurse Team Manager will conduct weekly visits to provide oversight and support. They will monitor the caregiver-client relationship and ensure that care standards are met. Additionally, a free doctor visit is included once a month to monitor health and provide guidance.
- Daily Service: Our daily service does not include the weekly nursing visits or the complimentary doctor visit. However, these services can be added for an additional charge if required.
Payment Terms
All services, whether daily or monthly, require advance payment. This helps us reserve our manpower for you and ensures that we can provide the best possible service.
